• perfected lender security documents for conventional, FHA/VA, and private-money loans.

My commercial experience includes: 

• acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, and hospitality assets;
• drafting and negotiating gross, net, and ground leases—single-tenant, multi-tenant, and mixed-use; 
• conducted due-diligence and title reviews for large land assemblies;
• represented borrowers and lenders in construction, bridge, and creative financing transactions;
• personally handling closings of eight-figure complex multi-property, multi-county sales and financing.
